The director was extremely kind, and all the hospital staff spoke very kindly too. Even when I asked all sorts of questions, they explained things well and told me everything slowly and clearly. They seem so trustworthy that I think I would get other procedures done here too. Even during the surgery, when I was nervous and scared, they held my hand tightly and helped calm me down lol
