I happened to go there several years ago. I had a lot of complex skin concerns, so rather than starting with procedures right away, I wanted to discuss my concerns and hear, from the doctor's perspective, what treatments would be needed overall. I first received an explanation of the general concerns and treatment approach. The director took enough time to explain everything and tell me the approach, which gave me a lot of confidence. The consultant and staff were neither extremely friendly nor rude; they seemed moderately friendly. The director explained things very professionally and listened well, so I felt it was a place I could trust and feel at ease.
