When I consulted about lip fillers, I was told domestic fillers have severe side effects, severe lumping, and visible unevenness, so I chose imported Juvederm filler and paid for the procedure. But after the treatment, the lumping was severe, the pain was intense, and I developed heat and swelling. I had previously been treated with Juvederm, and back then there was no lumping at all and no pain, so these symptoms scared me. Still, I thought I should wait a little longer, so I did. On day 14, I felt I simply could not take it anymore, so after calling the clinic I visited and had it dissolved. At that time, I was told a repeat procedure would only be possible after one week, and they said they would book me for a week later. I debated whether I could trust this clinic or should just ask for a refund, but I decided to trust them once more, made the appointment for a week later, and had the procedure redone today. However, I had paid for an imported filler, but I was told to prepare a domestic filler. The director said that since Juvederm had side effects, it would be better to use another product, and I thought they would use another imported product, but instead I was told to prepare a domestic filler, and I was asked, "Do you have any left over?" (There is a recording.) Then a staff member said, "I filled it with 1 cc," but the clinic says they used a new product. And I do not understand the claim that, because Juvederm had side effects, it would be better to inject Yusfil. Even though there were other imported products, they insisted on using a domestic filler whose side effects are said to be even worse, and I naturally thought they would refund the price difference, but they say they cannot. Then shouldn't they have treated me with another imported product? Why should I have to go through this procedure while taking the loss? I am not even asking for a full refund. I paid for an imported treatment in the first place, but because of side effects it was dissolved. I was not even asking for a full refund, and I proceeded because they said they would redo it. Yet they used a domestic product, had a conversation that sounded like they were reusing something, and now they are claiming that part was provided as a service. Even though I suffered pain from the side effects, I trusted them once more, had it dissolved, and had it done again, but all I ended up with was a loss.
