The consultation manager here was really kind and explained things calmly and clearly. Since it was a procedure consultation, it was hard to meet the surgeon, but I was told I could see them when I get the procedure.. There was no pushing of unnecessary treatments, and they recommended only what I needed based on the current condition of my lips, along with shapes that would suit me. They also explained the ingredients and aftercare methods well, and I was worried about acne, so it was nice that they explained that part well too.
