The staff at this hospital were all so kind. In particular, the manager who handled my consultation was also extremely kind. They noticed the concerns on my face even without me saying them, and from the patient’s perspective they took care of details that are easy to miss and explained everything in detail. Even though it was a procedure consultation, it still felt professional and thorough. They also considered my skin type and the areas I wanted lifted very carefully, which I appreciated.
