The consultant was rude and it felt like a factory. It was my first time getting Botox, and I will never go back; I now go somewhere else. The hospital staff were not friendly, and it felt like they were rushing patients through and seeing people as nothing more than numbers. The Botox seems to have about average effectiveness, but the overall atmosphere was not good, so I will never go again.
