It has been about 5 years since I had breast fat grafting. I didn't really have any aftercare, and it was basically over once the stitches were removed. I had a second procedure, and I think my breasts increased by about half a cup size in total. I was disappointed that the engraftment rate was not very high. I have not had any complications such as calcification so far. They rotate between branches, so the first and second doctors were different.
