I got masseter Botox. I had been getting it somewhere else, but it was a hassle and far away, so I moved here on a friend's recommendation. The consultation manager was kind, and even though it was honestly a very minor procedure for me, I appreciated how thoroughly they explained everything! They said that sometimes Botox resistance can develop, or the dose may be a little insufficient so the muscle does not shrink as much, but they told me to try it this time first and, if the effect seems minimal after 2 to 3 weeks, to get it once more:-) If a large amount is injected at once, there is a risk of cheek hollowing, so hearing that made me trust them more. They did not push domestic or imported products. They explained it clearly: if resistance develops, switch to imported; if not, then either domestic or imported is fine, so that made me trust them even more! :-) As for the doctor, I could not really tell whether they were kind or not, because they just came in, gave the injection without even showing their face, and left, haha. It has been just over a week now, and I can see the effect well! ^^
