A total factory-style hospital. The CS staff are also very unfriendly, you can never choose a director, and they are always busy seeing patients. No matter what procedure you get, the consultation is not with the doctor first but with a manager first. Shouldn't a doctor be the one to look at my skin and decide what it needs? The manager just says this and that and pushes ahead. The procedures are also done very carelessly.
