The consultation manager was not good at consultations and didn't know the trends. She was kind, though. But on my first visit, there was no consultation inside; I just sat outside. (First treatment: calf and trapezius Botox.) When I said my name, they said, "You're [Clinic A], right? You're here for [Clinic A] Botox, right? Yes." But I had clearly checked the discounted price on the website and made the reservation through Naver Booking after checking that price as well. (The event price was listed there.) I went because of a recommendation, and since they didn't even take me into the consultation room, I thought it might be a factory-style clinic. Later, after paying on site, getting the procedure, and leaving, I saw that they had charged me twice the price I had seen. When I called to ask, they had put me on imported Botox without even asking, instead of the discounted domestic Botox, lol. It was absurd. Still, I was really satisfied with the Botox, so I went back later for neck Zero Fat injections. This time, maybe because the price was a bit high, they took me into the consultation room and were extremely kind during the consultation, lol. The claim that the neck line changes as dramatically as shown in the photos is such an exaggeration. There was zero effect, and it was basically the same as trapezius Botox, so I was baffled. That day, the final bill was again much higher than expected, so when I asked why it was that price, they said they had used imported Botox instead of domestic without saying anything, and that domestic is not as good while imported works better, so they just did that. I canceled and asked them to switch to domestic Botox. The fat injections had no effect. I was so annoyed that I will never go again. I just thought, what kind of place even is this?
