Around January 20, 2026, I had a 3-way outer canthoplasty at Barabon Plastic Surgery. At other hospitals, they said outer canthoplasty was not possible and only lower canthoplasty was, so I didn’t do it, but at Barabon they said they could do up to 2 to 3 mm and that it wouldn’t make the lower area look saggy, so I went ahead right away. Now the white area of my eyes is larger and the horizontal eye length has increased, so even with large-diameter contacts, I don’t look like a fish-eyed person anymore. Especially when I open my eyes upward, they look very bright and intense. I didn’t even know I had that much sclera. Even though my eye socket is on the smaller side, this much widening is amazing~ The only downside is the conjunctival swelling after surgery, so if possible, take time off. You can open your eyes, but it’s uncomfortable to work for long periods. The outer corner also settled into a natural triangular shape instead of a 'D' shape, like a real eye. Hehe.
