I had always worried that my blunt nose tip and drooping columella made my face look heavy, and after visiting several clinics for consultations, I had a consultation at First Button Plastic Surgery. Dr. Kim Tae-hwan accurately identified my concerns and only recommended what was necessary, which made me trust him. I disliked anything artificial, so I chose a no-implant procedure and had hump-nose correction together with columella correction. Even without an implant, the tip line was refined, and from the front my nose looks much slimmer. I am very satisfied because the result is natural and suits my face without being overdone. I would recommend Dr. Kim Tae-hwan to anyone worried about hump nose or columella issues like I was.
