I consulted there a while ago, so I do not remember exactly, but the manager had a rather typical manager-like feel.. The director was a female director, and if anything, I liked that she had a refreshing and bright vibe. But she did not really define the line and seemed not to understand exactly what I wanted, so it was just an average consultation.. It felt like they were more famous for nose surgery than for eyes.
