I have started orthodontic treatment, and the appliance has been implanted in my gums. I found out for the first time this time that there is a method of implanting an appliance in the upper palate to widen the overall width, and I am currently undergoing that. It doesn’t hurt as much as I expected, but it takes up a lot of space inside my mouth, so there is some discomfort. It seems like the treatment will proceed gradually from here, and I’ll share more information.
