The facility is top-notch because it is located in Gangnam, but even though I had a reservation, having to wait an hour is a truly awful system... If you are going to do walk-in consultation visits on the same day, you should leave a 3-hour gap, and since it is a large hospital, they do recommend a lot of things. But I think suggesting under-eye fat grafting to someone in their early 20s, when other hospitals did not recommend it, is really excessive. T_T And I went after being introduced and to receive a consultation, but it does not seem like I was consulted by my designated coordinator; instead, I spoke with another staff member...
