Because they charge a consultation fee, you can usually get a fairly kind and thorough consultation. The director is neither especially friendly nor unfriendly. They speak only to the point. The consultation manager seemed to have a very high level of trust in the director. That said, the facility is a bit small, and there is a recovery room next to the consultation room, so I thought it might feel a little awkward coming out after surgery.
