They explained in detail how the surgery should be done to achieve the direction I wanted, and they told me frankly what would be possible with my facial condition without dressing it up or exaggerating it. The consultation manager was kind too, but the surgery is done by the director, after all. It was a hospital I could trust based on the consultation alone.
