The consultation with the surgeon was longer than with the manager (about 30 minutes. The manager came in after the surgeon's consultation, looked at my chart and the surgical materials, and only explained the cost part). Not overly friendly, but explained things clearly. I was surprised because, since this is a revision surgery, they first picked up on the parts I was worried about and brought them up themselves. They said my skin has gotten very thin, so they would use autologous dermis... but I am hesitant. (There was no mention of this at three other hospitals.) There is a consultation fee, and they informed me in advance when I made the phone reservation.
