When you first go, they take photos first. But they do not take them in a separate room; they take them in the waiting area, so it was a little awkward. They did not push any unnecessary procedures at all, and only talked about the purpose I wanted. They were so firm about saying it could be done that... At other hospitals, they said I would need donor dermis or autologous dermis to reinforce the skin, so the different explanations were confusing. The manager talks a lot lol. She went on about all sorts of things. It was not bad, but... I really liked that she was very clear about the price.
