I had my first eye and nose surgery. There are no functional problems, but both my eyes and nose are now very uneven. It is an upturned nose, and the correction from the front barely shows. The side profile is natural and pretty. I got the epicanthoplasty you recommended, and I regret it. My eye-line correction is uneven.
