I had my first rhinoplasty consultation. When I arrived at the scheduled consultation time, there did not seem to be many people waiting, so it did not look like they were overbooking. The consultation order was the office manager, then the surgeon, then the office manager again. Both the office manager and the surgeon were kind, and I liked that there was no pressure to make a reservation. I had prepared my questions in advance, but even so I felt I should have prepared more. For the surgery method, they said they would shave down the dorsal hump and do osteotomy for the bridge, and use septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the tip. The before-and-after photos were my style, so I think I need to look around more and think it over more.
