The only place where the counselor came into the consultation room together with the director. I went in for a nose consultation, and the director said it was a nose that did not need anything done, so they did not recommend surgery. When I said what I wanted, they explained what could be improved and what did not need to be done. They explained everything kindly and in detail. Then, after I came out, I talked with the counselor, who told me the price for the parts we had discussed, and said that since the director had said it did not need to be done, it really was a nose that did not need surgery, so I should think very carefully and only make an appointment if I really felt I had to do it. I left because the surgery date did not work out, but it was a hospital I could trust. (I went to more than ten places, but in over half of them the director said surgery was not necessary, and this was the first time the counselor also said not to do it, so it did not look like pushy sales and felt good.)
