The director explained everything in detail for a long time. They recommended no implant, and said I should think of nose surgery as the last surgery I ever do. They advised against adding silicone on top of osteotomy and a hump, saying there was a risk of inflammation.. In the end I had silicone placed at another hospital, but I regret it now. I wish I had done it at Siu. They seemed to prioritize safety and emphasized a natural style, especially the tip of the nose. After having the surgery now, I understand why they said the tip was important... The consultation manager also explains everything very thoroughly and patiently.
