I booked a consultation for a secondary nose revision and visited. I think I waited about 10 to 15 minutes past my appointment time before getting the consultation. At first, it seemed like the hospital had a very fixed surgical style. During my first consultation with the manager, they said the parts I wanted would probably be ruled out by the doctor. And when I met with the doctor, they also said it would not be possible. They told me that even the pinched look of my nose after revision surgery was within a fairly ordinary range, and that further improvement did not seem likely. I also said I was worried that my nose looked flat from the front and looked spread out in photos, and they told me that this could only be improved if silicone or something similar were inserted into the bridge of the nose. (Just osteotomy of the nose alone would not improve it.) If the goal is only small improvements, as naturally as possible, I felt this would not be a good match.. If you are looking for a glamorous style, I think it would be fine. I liked that they clearly said what could be done and what could not.
