The director was very kind, and the facility was clean, so I felt confident. Also, both the director and the chief doctor seemed extremely confident about noses! They had seen many difficult cases, so they reassured me that my case would be easy, and I was even more reassured because this was the first time someone firmly said autologous materials would work.
