I visited for a consultation because I developed nasal contracture. Rather than saying it would definitely be good, they explained what was not good and what would be difficult, and gave me a more realistic consultation. So it is true that I was left worried first, but I thought that was better than only hearing overly positive things. They seemed to have a lot of confidence in their skills, which I think is better than being hesitant, but the impression may feel different depending on each patient's personality.
