I went in for a consultation about nasal surgery.
It was obvious that the director takes pride in their surgical technique. There were also many before-and-after photos of beautifully operated cases.
What I found disappointing was that, both in the consultation time and in the surgical plan, it felt like they wanted to proceed according to the director's own standard procedures rather than communicating with me.
I would like to get a good surgery, but I was worried about aftercare issues and communication after the operation.
