I went here for the final consultation because I heard they do natural-looking work well. First of all, I have a hump nose, wide nostrils, a bulbous tip, and a columella that sits in.
For the eyes, I have the common male monolid, so they discussed non-incisional eye surgery. For the nose: Hump reduction osteotomy No implant for the bridge For the tip, they said they would correct the bulbous tip, extend the septum, use ear cartilage as well, and also reduce the nostrils.
They also said that during the osteotomy, it seemed like I might have a very mild tendency toward rhinitis, and that if needed during surgery, they could also perform surgery for nasal valve stenosis. I have also gone through life always feeling like I had rhinitis or maybe not. I still remember the refreshing sniffling from when I was little... But this was the 10th hospital I consulted at, and some of the earlier hospitals also suggested osteotomy, but none of them mentioned this. Since they brought up the functional side too, I felt like I had really come to the right place.
Overall, the director's expertise was truly the best, but the price range was also fairly high, and if nothing were placed on the bridge, I felt the height might be disappointing. So, unfortunately, I could not do it here. The price was 780, with 150 for the eyes and 630 for the nose. For a first surgery, the basic bridge and tip work for the nose did not seem dramatically different, but the additional costs seemed higher than at other hospitals.
