I went for a consultation because this clinic is famous as one of the top three. The hospital facilities were definitely good, and what I liked most was that the director prioritizes safety. I originally have a low nose, so I was thinking I might leave the tip alone, but they strongly recommended complete removal. Still, I liked that they clearly believed the capsule should be removed as thoroughly as possible. (They said capsule removal is usually not 100% possible, but they would remove as much as they could.) The director said that in terms of shape, it would end up looking very similar to my original nose, but for the hump area, they could not really tell exactly how the shape would turn out. (Mine was not a severe hump, but since it had already been operated on at the previous clinic, I felt it would be hard to predict the shape, so I always make sure to ask about this during consultations.) I recommend getting a consultation if you are considering complete removal.
