First of all, I went in expecting a natural look and because it was a solo chief surgeon practice. The surgeon was kind, and it was clear they pursued natural results differently from other hospitals. My bridge is low, so they recommended no implant and instead suggested osteotomy on the bridge and nostril reduction!! But since it was a revision surgery, I also wanted a more noticeable result, and the price was higher than other hospitals, so I hesitated.
