I first had a simple consultation by phone only. (I called to make a reservation) The person who answered the phone was kind, and I was grateful that they explained various things when I asked questions. But they said the consultations were fully booked, so I would have to wait T_T For now, I put myself on the waiting list, and I want to have an in-person consultation as soon as possible.
