I went because it was said to be famous for looking natural nearby..... Maybe because they had done it a lot, they did not take a CT scan and just explained various things to me. They showed other people's before-and-after photos one by one and said they would do it like this. When I brought the photos I wanted, they flatly said that would not work. Maybe because the director's and my goals were different, I said I wanted it not to be overdone and not to have the eyes drawn inward, but they said that was unavoidable and it would have to happen. Because the skin is thin, I would have to accept that it might show through later. (Then who would get it done?) They said they would only know how many millimeters once I lay on the operating table. They said they would take a CT scan before surgery and that they might use costal cartilage during the operation, so any extra cost could be added after surgery, but..... they really seemed to have no expertise at all. Every explanation ended up being, "it will be decided during surgery."
