The result is decent, but an unexpected extra cost of 500,000 won came up during surgery. (They said it could happen during consultation, but the chance was said to be slim.) It was not a severely crooked nose, and I did not have rhinitis, so I wonder whether it was really necessary to correct it. On top of that, the price was quite high for such a decent result.. I went ahead without an implant, but the line did not come out very smoothly. Still, if you prioritize safety, it may be worth considering.
