They said this is one of the top three places for nose revision surgery, so I went to have a consultation. The hospital was clean, and they explained everything while showing me the CT scan. Thanks to the doctor, I found out that the silicone was bent and that my nostril shape looked artificial too. They explained all the things I could never figure out no matter how long I looked at them. They talked so thoroughly that I ended up being more curious about the surgery cost than anything else. They said the surgery would take about 4.5 hours, using bridge silicone, donated rib cartilage, and autologous dermis. I am curious how meticulous they must be to spend 4 hours on it. If I got it done here, I feel like I would end up with a natural, pretty nose. But the estimate is so expensive that I am still thinking about it... T_T
