Lari Plastic Surgery Before the doctor consultation, the counter staff had me fill out a detailed questionnaire. I wrote down the surgeries I had in the past and the surgeries I wanted, then went in for the doctor consultation. There was a wait, but it wasn’t long. The doctor looked at what the counter staff had written and said, “You want to do this and this, so we can do that.” There was no “You don’t need this,” “You should do it this way,” or “It would improve if you did this.” Did I just do a good job identifying what I needed? For the double eyelid scar and double eyelid removal, to make the eyes look natural, he said the inner double eyelid should be lower/smaller than the current double eyelid on the left side. It seemed like they usually do medial epicanthoplasty restoration in a round shape. I said I wanted round but also pointed, and he said he would try to make it as pointed as possible. He said the nail-mark-like scar can be removed, but the white scar under the eye will not disappear. When I said I had been told the inner corner of the eye needed to be filled in, he said it would all be filled with medial epicanthoplasty restoration. He said that doctor had explained it well.
He showed me one review photo of the eye marks left behind, so I asked to see more, and he said he would show only one more.
He said ptosis is a habit, and although he would do ptosis correction, I need to fix the habit. He said people later come back saying their eyes became loose again. Seeing that my eyes open well when I put strength into them, it isn’t severe ptosis, but rather that my eyes lack strength. Would training the eye muscles also help?
For the sunken-looking eyes, he said he would do fat repositioning while doing double eyelid surgery. The dog-ear area would also be corrected during double eyelid surgery. Posterior canthoplasty appropriately. The doctor consultation ended simply. There wasn’t much explanation about surgical methods, recovery, effects, or before-and-after photos; since I had few requests, the answer was basically that he could operate that way. It seemed like he thinks surgical methods or results are things you can look up yourself. The price seemed to be the most expensive among the quotes I received.
After seeing more review photos, it seems he does a clean job with double eyelid removal and removing double eyelid scars. He also does a lot of, and seems good at, lowering the outer corners and posterior canthoplasty. Medial epicanthoplasty restoration seems a bit noticeable. There aren’t many medial epicanthoplasty restoration reviews.
ㅈㅇ Plastic Surgery He explained while drawing the lower eye angle (starting point of the inner corner and the end of the eye), ptosis, and medial canthal angle. He said the lower eye angle is raised a lot, so posterior canthoplasty would be good, and it would be good to raise the angle where the inner corner slopes downward. Since the distance between the eyes isn’t narrow, he would not close that area, would maintain the angle, and only improve the drooping angle. There was no explanation about scars. The approach to medial epicanthoplasty restoration was good. He also assessed the degree of ptosis separately in both eyes. The left eye has a more severe medial canthal issue, and the double eyelid shape is okay. For the right eye, the iris is visible well, but the front part of the double eyelid is short. The incision would go in along a line with the same thickness as now, but even if the adhesion near the inner corner is released, a scar will remain. (Probably only releasing the adhesion and not removing it, right?) The marks are my biggest concern, but they can only be partially resolved. I couldn’t talk about fat repositioning. He had many postoperative photos and showed me several. Seeing the before-and-after photos enlarged and comparing them together helped me get a sense of what I would look like after surgery. Consultation with the consultant: the white scar tissue part can’t be helped. That was disappointing. No review event. Can’t see it on Gangnam Unni. I’m concerned because scars are somewhat visible in the review photos. They said the surgery time would be three hours if everything is done.
