My eyes had kept feeling uncomfortable because of entropion, and I thought I was the only one with this problem??? But after looking it up, I found that there were quite a lot of people with the same concern, so that was what led me to look into surgery. At first I only planned to get surgery for entropion, but there were quite a few cases of people getting double eyelid surgery at the same time, so I thought about it a lot, and since I was doing it anyway, I also started looking into plastic surgery clinics, wondering if I could get a clearer look too. But there weren't as many clinics as I expected that did entropion surgery and double eyelid surgery together. So I consulted almost everywhere that looked possible, and each clinic said slightly different things. Among them, [Clinic A] explained things in the most realistic way during consultation, which made sense to me, so I decided to go there. In the end, I had incisional double eyelid surgery + eye correction + fat removal + entropion correction + lateral canthoplasty + lower canthoplasty all together, and because my eyelid skin was somewhat thick and my eye-opening strength was weak, they combined correction and fat removal. They said that if I wanted a thin line, the fat needed to be cleaned up first, so that was how we proceeded. They also said that for entropion, doing a slight lateral and lower canthoplasty together lowers the chance of recurrence compared with doing it alone, so I had that done too haha. There were so many procedures that honestly I was very nervous until just before going in lol. The initial swelling felt like it lasted longer than I expected, and my eyes looked a bit stuffy too. Still, the feeling of my eyelashes irritating my eyes disappeared right after surgery, so that part definitely became more comfortable. I was worried about scarring because of the lower eyelid incision, but so far it doesn't look noticeably obvious. Instead, the swelling didn't go down quickly, so I did go in for care in between. Every time I went, they consistently checked the progress... Overall, rather than a dramatic transformation, the biggest change is that the uncomfortable parts were fixed, and the line was set in a pretty standard way without being overdone?? It's still early, so I need to keep watching it, but so far I'm reasonably happy. People who don't know I had double eyelid surgery think my eyes were naturally this large from the start, and I think the reason it turned out this way is that unlike other clinics, the director carefully checked even the visible iris ratio before designing the line lololololol
