Nose Surgery Reviews

My first nose surgery ever (Coco Line Clinic)

After I hit my nose hard and got injured when I was young, the bone healed in a broken state, so I left it alone until surgery became possible as an adult. Then I had surgery with Director Kim Seon-gu at Coco Line Clinic on 2026-02-26. My nose was badly bent to the right, my right nostril was almost blocked, and because I wore glasses for a long time, my bridge had become very low T_T The surgery was done as both treatment and cosmetic surgery together. The reason I chose Coco Line Clinic was a recommendation from someone I know. While the cost of nose surgery was burdensome, I heard the reimbursement approval rate for actual medical expense insurance was very high, and I also heard the skill was excellent, so on my first visit I got a consultation and immediately put down a deposit and booked the surgery date lol. I had surgery for nasal valve stenosis + septal deviation + a bridge implant + autologous cartilage for the tip of the nose. The total cost was 6.9 million won, and the cost for the nasal valve and septum surgery was fully reimbursed through insurance lol (I have first-generation indemnity insurance, so after a 50,000 won deductible I received 100%). I think I had strong filler before, because even though it had been a long time since I got it, it was still left on the bridge of my nose. It was much more than I expected.. They did not charge me extra to dissolve the filler and did it for free lol. First, the director asked what kind of nose shape I wanted and gave me a good consultation while considering a design that matched my facial shape. I said I wanted my bridge higher and that I preferred something natural, and I left the overall design to the director. The surgery started around 10 to 11 a.m. on the day and I woke up at 3 p.m. Because my nose was packed tightly with bandages, the first day was so unbearably stuffy, but Coco Line removed them the very next morning after surgery, so the period was short and I really liked that. (My friend said they kept bandages inside her nose for several days... lol how do people endure that? lol..) I do not know if I am just the type to recover well from surgery, but I only had a little yellow bruising under my eyes, and after taking the old pumpkin juice and medicine the hospital gave me properly, all the swelling and bruising were gone within 2 weeks of surgery. By 3 weeks after surgery, the outer shape was already fully complete from the outside. It turned out so naturally and nicely that I was very satisfied. They designed it to fit my face shape exactly, so people around me also said I looked naturally prettier haha. I am currently at the 3-month mark, and since the 2-month mark I have been able to twist my nose left and right and blow hard without any pain at all. It seems the internal tissue has already settled in well lol. There was no special issue that made me need to go back to the hospital, and I was extremely satisfied. Great!! I also recommended it to all my friends nearby who were thinking about nose surgery lol. Actually, everyone asked me where I had it done haha. Now I am working out and losing weight so the nose will stand out more nicely, and once I lose it properly, I will post another review haha.
