At my first surgery, they used septal cartilage and silicone, but the shape looked pinched and the tip was lifted, so I ended up having everything removed completely. But even after removal, the pinched shape did not go back, and the bridge that had been shaved down for a hump became even lower, while the tip kept getting more lifted and more of my nostrils showed, which worried me. This time, while looking for a way to lower the tip, release the pinched area, and make it as natural as possible, I happened to see a rhinoplasty video using autologous costal cartilage on YouTube. The shape looked more natural than other places, so I decided to have revision nose surgery at [Clinic A]. During surgery, when they opened up the bridge, they found inflammation, so they said they put in dermis instead. Right now, I like the height, so if the swelling goes down more from here, I think I might regret it. I wanted it higher, but because there wasn't enough tissue, Director Kim Hyun-ju said that if they overdid it, it could lift again, so I didn't get greedy and accepted what they recommended. For the bridge, they used donated dermis, and for the tip they used autologous costal cartilage for short-nose correction, nasolabial angle correction, correction of the pinched nose, and nostril lowering all together. My tip has come down a lot, and it looks even more natural than when I had everything removed, so I'm satisfied.
