For people with a hump nose, after smoothing it out, do they usually add a nose bridge implant, or do they use only dermis? Men also sometimes do it without an implant, but for people with a hump nose, they do seem to put something in rather than go fully implant-free. During my consultation, the doctor I discussed it with said that using a thin silicone implant would probably be fine because it would prevent a step-off later. Still debating it.
