I got Excel V, and during the consultation it kept being pushed toward a more expensive package instead of the Excel V trial price I had originally expected, which was irritating. The doctor was kind, though. But as expected, it seems like something that would need several sessions to work. Right now, the redness is only a little more settled, and I also got treatment for pigmentation spots, but the effect is minimal. The redness is basically managed with Vbeam Perfecta, so the red marks from acne are gone, and for melasma and pigmentation spots, the doctor also recommended toner laser treatment. Whatever the case, there was definitely pressure in the consultation to choose other procedures.
