This was my first time getting InMode, and honestly it did not feel dramatically different right away, but more like it gradually became more refined. I had heard a lot that it feels hot while getting it, so I was worried, but it was more tolerable than I expected, maybe a little stingy plus warm? It did vary a bit by area.
Right after the treatment my face was a bit swollen and numb, but by the next day the swelling had mostly gone down, and my jawline felt slightly more defined. Especially the double chin area felt a bit tighter? I wondered if it was just in my head, but after taking a photo, my jawline looked less blunt than before.
I heard some people get bruises, but I did not really bruise much. When pressed lightly, it was sore for about 3 to 4 days. I think it would be better not to do strong massage or gua sha for a while.
It is not the kind of treatment that gives you a complete V line, but it feels like a little firmness comes back while the small excess fat gets refined, so if you expect too much you might be disappointed. But for someone like me, with a bit of ambiguous chin fat and a slightly heavy lower face, it seems like a pretty satisfying procedure.
I do not think I will stop at one session. I think I will need 2 or 3 sessions to really feel the effect properly. Recommended if you want a naturally refined look,
