After aesthetic double jaw surgery, my nose spread and collapsed. I had my fourth revision surgery 6 months later, and now something about my nostrils feels odd. I don't know if it's because of the swelling or because I'm being too greedy, but should I lift the tip more so it is not visible, or should I reduce the alar width?
