18 years ago, I suddenly got L-shaped silicone surgery. The foreign-body sensation, pulling feeling, and unnaturalness were bad. In June 2025 I refined a hump nose and used autologous dermis to create a pearl-shaped tip. At the 4-month mark I had a touch-up using the autologous dermis I had stored away, and unless I mentioned it, nobody would know. It is so comfortable and natural. I want to be even prettier, and because my nose is short, I am planning an additional pearl tip procedure at the end of this month.
