After the first surgery, my nostrils look the same as before, but when I think about why my nose looks lifted, it seems the tip moved up compared with before. But when I had the first surgery, they said they would correct the bulbous nose. Could that have been tip cartilage suturing? Is that why the tip went up? Does anyone know?
