(Long post) Review of incision + ptosis correction at [Clinic A]!!! (A review I wanted to write)

Ah damn... I really wrote this as a long post....and it all got blown away..so I’m rewriting it...-------------------------Hey everyone,I saw that there are a lot of consultation reviews for [Clinic A], but surprisingly not many surgery reviews.So I brought a review of my ptosis correction in hopes it can help with sharing information even a little!!Me: incision ptosis correction, incision (line made as thin as possible), fat removalI got it done yesterday, so I can’t show the progress yet,but I hope this helps a little with deciding on the hospital, whether it’s the surgery process or the director’s personalityAnd since it’s easier for me to write this way, I’ll just use a casual style!!-----------------------------After changing into the surgical gown, the coordinator explained the precautions after surgery and so onI remember that within 1 year, a reoperation was free, and within 2 years, a reoperation was 50 percent coveredAfter the consultation with the coordinator, I waited a bit and then the director came inAfter reading the consultation sheet from last time, he said, 'Now it’s time to draw on your face, so don’t be nervous~~'Using something like a felt-tip pen, he delicately marked lines and dots on my eyelidsDuring that process, he corrected the line dozens of times and I kept closing and opening my eyesAnd he would make me check in the mirror whether this line looked okay, etc.To be honest, by the end everything looked the same to me, so I just said yes, everything looks good!~ It’s good!! (lazy mode)After drawing all the lines, the director carefully explained today’s surgery, which was incision ptosis correction, what ptosis correction is effective for, how anesthesia would be done, what limitations exist from my eye structure even if I had surgery, and how those limitations could be overcome, and so on..!I went with a friend, and the one thing we both agreed on was that the director was the type who inspires a lot of trust....!This was my first surgery and I had visited about 8 clinics in person, and the reason I chose this place was precisely because it felt like they were really taking the time to look at my eyes with me and like they were entrusting my eyes to meAfter the consultation with the director, I waited in the recovery room getting an IV while preparing for surgeryOnce the prep was done, with the IV hanging beside me, I went into the operating roomThe operating room was exactly the kind of place you’d imagine: white,,clean,,with that sterile-room feelingAfter lying down for a bit, the director came in and did the same marking process again as during the consultation (I’m not sure whether that’s because he’s especially meticulous or because it’s a necessary part of the procedure)He drew while I was lying down, then sitting up, then opening and closing my eyes; the director watched my eyes closely, and then I closed and opened them again, seriously probably 50 timesAnd when I opened my eyes, he’d put a dot on my glabella like an Indian and say, look here~ and every time I opened my eyes it was so funny I had a hard time not laughingAnyway, after watching my eyes carefully like that, he said, LET’S GO!!! and that’s when I started getting really nervousThe nurses tied me down tightly on the operating table, covered me with a cloth, and I felt like I was becoming a mummyAh, but come to think of it, maybe because it was Monday yesterday, I didn’t really get the impression that the nurses were especially kindThat said, they weren’t rude either, just gave the feeling of treating me like customer number 1Once the sedation anesthesia started, it was such a strange experience, like a cat passed by and then a beetle passed byAs for during the surgery, I was honestly half asleep and don’t really know how everything progressedAll I can say is there were crackling welding sounds and some burning smell,,,and I felt like someone was pressing or pulling on my eyes?? The surgery took about 2 hours, and during that whole time they kept playing Naul songs; I’m not sure if the director is a Naul fan or whatIn between, it was nice that they kept checking on me, saying things like 'You’re doing great~ just hang in there a little more~' or 'Are you in pain right now? Are you uncomfortable?'As everyone knows, during surgery they sometimes make you open your eyes or sit up to check the eyes, and then suddenly at some point my eyes just opened really easily like they had springs attached! It was amazingThe director asked, your eyes are easier to open now, right? and when I said yes, he said, 'Right?? That’s ptosis correction~'Even after the surgery was over, I liked that they told me how my eyes had been and how the surgery had been carried outAfterwards I spent about 15 minutes in the recovery room with eye compresses, then went home~!!~Today is day 2 after the surgery, and since it was my first time I’m not sure if this is normal,but anyway it was a surgery that cut the living tissue of the eyes, and unbelievably it doesn’t hurt at allThere is some swelling, but they said it would gradually go down over 1 to 2 weeks, so I’ll keep watching the recovery, and if I get the chance I plan to leave another review here~!Anyway, overall I’m very satisfied with this place!!Of course it’s true that it’s much more expensive than other places...just looking at my bank account makes me cry....but I wanted someone I could trust that much, someone I could entrust my eyes to,and I think I made the right choice!!--------------------------------------------That’s the end of my surgery log!!And this is just my own out-of-pocket review that I wanted to leave!When I was looking for reviews of [Clinic A], I saw that there were many people in the same situation as meIf I think of anything else along the way, I’ll add it laterEveryone here, if you’re curious about anything, leave a comment!!I hope this helps even a little
