I'm planning to have revision double eyelid surgery and posterior/lower canthoplasty in October, but I don't think my under-eye fat is that severe yet, so I'm thinking about getting under-eye fat repositioning next time. But I feel like I heard somewhere that if you get posterior/lower canthoplasty first and then under-eye fat repositioning later, the surgery becomes complicated and difficult??
