Eye Surgery Reviews

2-year review after natural adhesion buried suture surgery

I originally had double eyelids formed by a crease and uneven eyes, so I was very stressed. I kept using double eyelid tape, but it did not feel right, so I decided to get double eyelid surgery. The director who performed my surgery has since left, but when they were still there, I had surgery with the natural adhesion buried suture method, and it settled well without major problems, so it has not loosened and is still doing well now. While searching for surgery reviews on this community back then, I looked for someone who made natural-looking eyes, and the results from the people who had gone to them were exactly my style, so I visited. I booked and had surgery right away after the first consultation without going around to many places (now that some time has passed, I do slightly regret it. Still, should I have gone around more and had more consultations? I have absolutely no regrets about the result of my eyes themselves.) During surgery, I asked them to make it as natural and harmonious with my eyes as possible. In fact, my ideal look was a crisp outline like Jang Wonyoung's, but the eyes I had were the complete opposite, with an epicanthic fold and a narrow, fish-mouth look. When I asked about this too, they cut it off in one sentence, saying that because the eye shape itself was different from the celebrities I wanted, it was impossible. They did not recommend any excessive extra procedures either, and only did the double eyelid surgery I wanted, giving me the line that fit my eyes best and looked highest on my face. At present, I am getting greedy and lingering over the idea of a higher, more glamorous outer-line eye, so I am looking into revision surgery. I have gone for consultations at several places, but everyone says the line is already optimal for my eyes now and that it is fine, and they oppose touching the line. It seems the line was made so naturally and well-matched to me that way. That said, at every place I went for consultations, they said my eyes were farther apart than average and looked stuffy, so they recommended inner corner surgery. Even during the consultation back then, they asked whether I was thinking about doing things like inner corner surgery too. It was my first surgery in my life and I was very scared, so I said I only wanted the double eyelid surgery, and I think that is how my eyes became what they are now. It is already in the past, but I do sometimes regret not doing the inner corner surgery together. I hope the surgeon is healthy wherever they are, and thank you for giving me such a pretty, natural line.
