When I was young, I hit my nose on something and the nasal bone broke, but I left it alone and ignored it until it became a complex, so I went ahead with surgery! Rather than adding silicone or anything like that, I thought it would already reduce my insecurity if it were just straight, so I had osteotomy to make the bridge straight without an implant, and I also had nasal valve surgery, rhinitis surgery, and septal deviation surgery at the same time!
