I came in for a consultation because of side effects from overcorrection after ptosis correction. Since it was advertised as an eye-specialty hospital, I went, but honestly I think I went in expecting too much. Even though it was my first revision surgery, I knew blepharoptosis correction surgery was extremely difficult, so the doctor did not seem very confident either. I do not know, but it felt like they cared more about the cosmetic side than the functional side, and that they did not really want to take on surgery with such an extreme level of difficulty. It was the first place I had booked and visited, but I strongly felt as if I had been almost turned away.
