I had a consultation and overall it was a very satisfying experience. It was my first visit, so I was nervous, but the staff welcomed me warmly, which helped me start the consultation comfortably. They carefully analyzed my eyes and the look I wanted, and explained realistic options centered on a natural result without overdoing it, so I felt I could trust them. I asked several questions over and over, but they kept answering kindly until the end, which put me at ease, and I also appreciated that they explained the cost and recovery process transparently. Thanks to their thoughtful and warm consultation, it was a big help in deciding what to do next, and I felt this was a hospital I would trust and want to visit again.
